SHIPPING POLICY — JACQUI B CERAMICS (UK)

Thank you for supporting Jacqui B Ceramics. Each piece is handmade, carefully packaged, and dispatched with the aim of reaching you safely and promptly. This policy explains how we ship orders within the United Kingdom.


1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 working days. During busy periods (shop updates, holidays, or restocks), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.


2. UK Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are sent using reliable, tracked services such as Royal Mail or Evri.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Tracked: 2–4 working days

  • Express Tracked: 1–2 working days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your chosen service.


3. Packaging

Ceramics are fragile, so each piece is wrapped and boxed with protective, eco‑friendly materials wherever possible.

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely, but if your item arrives damaged, please see the Damages & Issues section below.


4. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • the item

  • the packaging

  • the shipping label

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please allow:

  • 10 working days for UK orders before contacting us.

We will then open an investigation with the courier.


7. Returns Shipping

If a return is approved (see our Refund Policy):

  • Faulty/incorrect items: we cover return postage

  • All other returns (if accepted): customer covers return postage

Items must be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.
